SGA has a fully equipped laboratory for the performance of all static and dynamic tests required for new product type approvals and final testing in compliance with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

TESTING AND INSPECTION
We perform careful preliminary and final quality analyses to ensure that each and every component is of an excellent standard. We inspect rubber compounds and test the elastic behaviour of components before production. During the final inspection, we carry out dimensional checks and load tests to ensure compliance with the required technical specifications.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
We create new designs in response to requests from our target sectors (railway, marine and industrial). In addition to implementing anti-vibration solutions that meet customer requirements, we also strive to develop new models that ensure passenger comfort and safety.
DESIGN AND REVERSE ENGINEERING
Our in-house technical department has specialised operators for the creation of design drawings according to customer requirements. Starting with a sample provided by the customer, we can use reverse engineering to replicate the product and make improvements wherever possible.
